Dr. Curtis P. Bashkiharatee is a physician specializing in pediatric critical care medicine at Ochsner Health. Dr. Bashkiharatee completed a master' of science in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tulane University in 2009. He then received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2013. He completed a pediatric internship and residency at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital, where he went on to perform a fellowship in pediatric critical care.

He is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in both general pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine. He has been on staff at Ochsner since 2019, and he has been practicing at St. Tammany Health System and Ochsner Hospital for Children as a pediatric hospitalist and a pediatric intensivist.
