Biography

Frank Cerniglia, MD, specializes in pediatric urology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Cerniglia is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He completed his Urology Residency at LSU / Charity Hospital. He continued his studies in a Pediatric Urology Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. He previously joined the Ochsner team in 1990 to 1998. Upon leaving Ochsner, he established his private practice in the Greater New Orleans area. Post Katrina, he relocated to Richmond, Virginia, where he practiced at Childrens Urology of Virginia. Ochsner is excited to have Dr. Cerniglia back at home in New Orleans.
