Biography
Dr. Jason Falterman earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his internship and residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation. He completed a fellowship in cardiothoracic anesthesiology at Emory University Hospital where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Falterman is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and National Board of Echocardiography in advanced perioperative transesophageal echocardiography. He has been on staff at Ochsner since 2008 and has served as the director of adult cardiac anesthesiology since 2014. His specialties include cardiothoracic anesthesiology and aortic services.
