Biography
Dr. Lauren Dunn was born in New Orleans but grew up in Houston, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in English from Yale University. She attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine, in Houston, TX. Following this, she completed her internship in internal medicine and residency in neurology at Columbia University - New York Presbyterian.
Dr. Dunn completed a fellowship in vascular neurology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Dunn is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2018. She specializes in vascular neurology, including stroke and TIA.
