Biography

Dr. Lynn R. Witherspoon received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine. He is a member of the Ochsner medical staff where his medical practice included internal medicine and nuclear medicine.

During the majority of his medical career with Ochsner, he served in an informatics role and then as Ochsner Health System's Chief Information Officer. He is currently Chief Medical Information Officer Emeritus.
