To use ePre-Check:

Complete ePre-Check prior to arrival: Begin MyOchsner Patient Registration Self-Service by completing ePre-Check via the MyOchsner portal or MyOchsner mobile app to verify your information ahead of your visit. ePre-Check must be fully completed.
Upon arrival: Proceed to the lobby and let the team know you have arrived.

Download the MyOchsner app from the Apple App Store for Apple devices or Google Play for Android phones.
Select “Log in to your account.”
Select “Sign up” to access your Ochsner Health medical record.
Answer a series of questions to securely create your username and password. You will need to provide the same information you use at your appointments (name, date of birth and address).
