Dr. Louis Jeansonne earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University, New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed a surgical residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a laparoscopic fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Jeansonne is board certified in surgery and has been on staff at Ochsner since August 2008.
